How the system works

Water comes in from the mains, passes through three stages, and reaches every tap in the house clean.

  1. Stage 01

    Sediment filter

    removes sand, grit, silt and rust

  2. Stage 02

    Carbon block

    removes chlorine, chemicals, taste and odour

  3. Stage 03

    Second carbon stage

    polishes out anything remaining

  4. Stage 04

    UV chamber (optional)

    sterilises bacteria and viruses on the way out

UV is added where the water source needs it, usually borehole and well supplies.

How working together goes

Step 01

We talk

Message me on WhatsApp and tell me about your water. Where it comes from, what it tastes like, what's bothering you.

Step 02

I come and look

I check your supply, your pressure and where the system can go. No charge for the conversation, and I'll tell you honestly if you don't need one.

Step 03

I install it

Fitted properly, with isolation valves and a bypass so filters can be changed without shutting off your water. Usually done in a day.

Step 04

I show you how it works

I flush the system, check for leaks and walk you through changing the filters yourself. You get a service schedule so nothing gets forgotten.

Where I work

Right across the Western Cape. If you're on the Southern Peninsula you get half price on the call-out fee, because you're local and so am I. Further afield is no problem either, the travel cost just depends on the distance.

Ten years in the trades, from plumbing to carpentry, and somewhere along the way clean water became the thing I cared about most. Every household deserves water it can trust, and getting it right isn't complicated when the person doing the work knows what they're doing.
